Project Overview
CreativeMinds is a series of design workshops aimed at fostering creativity and collaboration within teams. The workshops cover design thinking principles, ideation techniques, and collaborative exercises to inspire innovative solutions.
The Problem
Many teams struggle with stagnant ideation processes and a lack of cross-disciplinary collaboration. The need for creative thinking is often overlooked, leading to a potential loss of innovative ideas.
The Solution
I developed and facilitated a series of hands-on workshops, encouraging participants to think outside the box, collaborate on diverse projects, and apply design thinking methodologies. The workshops were customized based on each team's goals, ensuring practical takeaways that could be implemented in their respective projects.
